The low number is for when the oil/ambient is cold.
Lower is better because it protects during startup.
The high # is for hot oil, and that's when you'll push your HP. (of course you know)

I'd consider making 10-40 your next choice, or 10-50.
(20 sounds high. My Z's ex-owner used 15-50, if you WANT to move up on the low#, try that instead)

There's an article people here link to often where a guy
who's a blood doctor (and owner of several exotic high performance vehicles) explains viscosity/wear in depth.
It's not a bad read.
